Our stock is second-hand Chinese heavy trucks: HOWO tippers and tractor units, Shacman F3000 and X3000, and the 8x4 configurations used in mining. These are the models that West African operators already run, which means parts are in the local market and mechanics already know the engines. We do not stock European or Japanese trucks.
Why buyers work with us
Most used truck listings show you four photographs of the bodywork. That tells you nothing about whether the truck will earn money. We photograph the chassis, the engine bay, the odometer and the manufacturer nameplate on every unit, and we publish the specification honestly including where a reading could not be verified. If a vehicle has a problem, we say so in the listing rather than let you find it at the port.
What we can do for you
- Quote FOB or CIF to your destination port, with the document list you will need on your side
- Match a model and configuration to the job rather than sell you whatever is on the yard
- Tell you plainly whether a unit meets your country's age and steering rules before you pay
- Supply the photograph and specification set your clearing agent needs
- Say no when we cannot help. We would rather lose an enquiry than take an order we cannot deliver
Import rules differ by market and change without notice. We publish what we have verified, but the final decision on any shipment belongs to your customs authority and your clearing agent. TANAN does not guarantee customs clearance in any market.
